Dear Parents/Guardians,
Y. Bhg. Tan Sri/Datuk/Dato’/Datin/Sir/Madam,
PKS 2, Sign Out and PSTC2, SMS Saleha / Highlands International Boarding School
With reference to the above, the school exam (PKS2) has started since this week. The starting and ending date is stated below for each Form /Year.
Form 1 – 3 : Starts on 25.05.09 and ends on 29.05.09
Form 4 – 5 : Starts on 20.05.09 and ends on 29.05.09
Year 7 – 9 : Starts on 26.05.09 and ends on 29.05.09
Year 10 – 11 : Starts on 25.05.09 and ends on 29.05.09
The school would like to take this opportunity to inform parents/guardians that the ‘Sign Out’ will begin at 1.00pm on 29th May 2009, Friday. Parents/guardians may come after 1pm to pick up your child back home for the Home Visit. The ‘Sign In’ will be on Sunday, 14th June 2009 (Time: 2pm – 5pm). Parents/guardians are advised to bring their child back to the school before 5pm.
The Parents-Students-Teachers-Consultation (PSTC 2) is fixed for 15th July 2009, Wednesday during the ‘Sign Out’ for the Home Visit. Parents/guardians are invited to come to the school to discuss with the teachers regarding your child’s PKS2 results at the Multi-purpose hall beginning from 2 pm until 5pm.
Parents/guardians are kindly advised to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations regarding ‘NO Home Visits’ during weekends/public/state holidays other than the dates specified in the official school calendar for Home Visits. Please refer to the enclosed school calendar for your reference. We are managing a residential school and your assistance is needed to ensure that the rules and regulations are clearly followed. These are the requirements of a fully residential boarding school. These have already been communicated to you when your child enrolled in the school.
Your cooperation and support to the above events and Home Visit compliance is highly appreciated. Enclosed is a copy of the Highlander First Quarterly Review for the year 2009.
